Investment Banking Analyst – M&A and Debt Advisory The Analyst is expected to support the Company’s Directors in executing M&A and debt advisory deals and transactions. This includes providing financial analysis, creating and maintaining financial models, drafting information memorandums and other marketing and process documents, and coordinating deal execution activities, including project management and due diligence. The Analyst is also expected to assist in marketing and origination activities of the Company, including scoping the industry and drafting pitch decks. Specific Tasks • Execute M&A and/or debt advisory deals and transactions for and on behalf of the Company and in support of the Company’s Directors • Provide financial analysis, create and maintain financial models for projects • Draft information memorandums and other marketing and process documents • Coordinating deal execution activities, including project management, due diligence activities, liaising with counterparties and other third party advisors and parties related to projects • Assist the Company and the Directors in marketing and origination efforts for the Company, including drafting pitch decks, undertaking company and industry research, drafting proposals and engagement letters, and coordinating marketing activities • Assist the Company and the Directors, from time to time, in any other activities relating to the affairs of the Company, including administrative matters as required Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or other similar courses • At least 2 YEARS relevant experience in investment banking, M&A, capital markets, asset management, private equity, or other related industries • Experience in financial analysis and financial modelling and valuation • Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Having obtained CFA charter or passed levels of the CFA exam is not a requirement but an advantage Industry Investment Banking Employment Type Full-time

Investment Banking Senior Analyst – M&A and Debt Advisory The Senior Analyst is expected to support the Company’s Directors in executing M&A and debt advisory deals and transactions. This includes providing financial analysis, creating and maintaining financial models, drafting information memorandums and other marketing and process documents, and leading deal execution activities, including project management and due diligence. The Senior Analyst is also expected to assist in marketing and origination activities of the Company, including scoping the industry and drafting pitch decks.
