As an Analyst, you will work closely with Directors and senior team members on live M&A, capital raising, and financing transactions.
Responsibilities include:
• Building and maintaining detailed financial models across various industries.
• Performing valuation analyses using multiple methodologies (DCF, trading and transaction comps, precedent deals, etc.).
• Preparing client deliverables such as Information Memoranda, management presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Supporting transaction execution, including due diligence, process management, and coordination with clients, counterparties, and advisors.
• Conducting industry and company research to support business development and deal origination.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, M&A, capital markets, private equity, asset management, or related fields.
• Strong technical skills in financial analysis, valuation, and financial modeling.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
Preferred (but not required):
• CPA designation
• CFA candidacy
• Experience in client-facing roles and/or deal execution environments.
Investment Banking - Senior Analyst
Job Description:
A Senior Analyst is expected to take greater ownership in supporting the Company’s Directors across live M&A, capital raising, and financing transactions.
Responsibilities include:
• Leading key workstreams in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction execution with limited supervision.
• Performing valuation analyses using multiple methodologies (DCF, trading and transaction comps, precedent deals, etc.)
• Reviewing and refining financial models and analyses prepared by Analysts.
• Preparing and drafting information memoranda, management presentations, and other client-facing materials.
• Coordinating day-to-day deal execution, including communication with clients, counterparties, and external advisors.
• Conducting industry and company research to support both active mandates and new business opportunities.
• Assisting in marketing and origination activities, including scoping industries, identifying potential opportunities, and preparing pitch decks.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, M&A, capital markets, private equity, or related industries.
• Advanced technical skills in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation across multiple methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle client interactions and manage multiple workstreams.
Preferred (but not required):
• CPA or CFA designation.
• Prior experience mentoring or overseeing junior team members.
