He has led all of AP’s advisory engagements to date including Udenna’s acquisition of Conti’s, Macay’s acquisition of Kitchen City, AC Energy’s sale of 17.5% stake to GIC, and Meralco’s acquisition of 86% of GBPC. He also oversaw all of ING’s M&A advisory engagements for the last 23 years including landmark transactions such as AC Energy’s sale of a strategic stake in AA Thermal to Aboitiz Power, the bancassurance partner search for BPI/Security Bank/UnionBank, the PLDT-Digitel merger, the PNB-Allied merger, the PNOC EDC privatization, TEPCO/ Marubeni’s acquisition of Mirant, the BDO-EPCI merger, and the sale of PNB/Solid Bank/PCI Bank.

Nabbie has more than 30 years of banking experience and is the head of BPI’s retail banking business including as President and CEO of BPI Family Savings Bank. She was also the former Chairman of BPI Direct Banko (the microfinance arm of BPI). She was President of BPI Capital and BPI Securities from 2001-2007 and IHAP from 2004-2006, as well as the M&A Head for BPI’s principal investments in bank acquisitions (including Family Bank, Far East Bank, Citytrust, DBS Bank Philippines, Prudential Bank, and Ayala Insurance companies) and industrial investments (including Mabuhay Vinyl, Aichi Forge, and Philippine Resins). She also advised Gaisano Group on the acquisition of Danao City Development Bank (now Wealth Bank) and BPI on the sale of Far East Savings Bank (now Sterling Bank) to the Tiu Group.

Jobi has more than 30 years of experience in financial services, specializing in corporate lending and project finance. He currently serves as Director and Treasurer at Educ4All Lending Inc. and as Corporate Secretary at Serendra Condominium Corp. He was the former Head of Development Lending and Treasury & Corporate Finance at DBP, and has held senior roles at ING Bank, Citicorp Hong Kong, and Citibank. He also served as former Assistant Secretary at the Department of Finance.

Tommy has more than 25 years of experience in banking and was the former Head of Corporate Banking at East West Bank. As Managing Director at AlphaPrimus Debt Advisory, he is focused on liability management for a major conglomerate. He holds several key leadership roles, including President and CEO of Fino Land, EVP and Group CFO of Creative Hotel Concepts Inc., Vice Chairman and EVP of Hotel Concepts Inc. and Fino Property Ventures Inc., Board Trustee and Treasurer of the World Surgical Foundation Philippines Inc., and Board Governor and National Treasurer of the Subdivision & Housing Developers Association. He has extensive experience with major clients including Ayala, Gokongwei, and PLDT.

He was the former Director of Corporate Finance at ING Bank Philippines, where he led advisory engagements across multiple sectors. He was a former Director at ING Bank's Corporate Finance, where he focused on Philippine and regional M&A in the power sector, executing approximately 30 transactions worth over USD 18 billion. His key deals include ACEN's energy transition, Fort Pilar's acquisition of Digos Solar, GIC's entry into ACEN, and Meralco's acquisition of Global Business Power. She was the former CFO of ACEN Corporation and CEO of ENEX Energy Corporation, and former Head of Business Development & Strategic Planning at ALI Capital Corporation. She also served as Director and Board Member of NorthWind Power Development Corporation, South Luzon Thermal Energy Corporation, AC Renewables International Pte Ltd., and Ace Endevor Inc. She completed the world's first market-based Energy Transition Mechanism financing.

Raquel has more than 30 years of experience in corporate banking, with deep expertise in commercial and corporate lending and project financing. She was a former Vice President at DBP and is highly experienced in loans and credit risk management, having arranged financing for top conglomerates such as San Miguel, JG Summit, GT Capital, MPIC, Ayala, Aboitiz, and Megawide, including PPP engagements. Her industry experience spans power, telco, water, petroleum, toll roads, steel, cement, airports, real estate, construction, shipping, hospitals, and agriculture, including dealings with LGUs and GOCCs.

Lapak has advised in AlphaPrimus’ recently closed deals including Security Bank on its acquisition of Home Credit Philippines, a leading consumer finance platform, as part of the bank’s strategic expansion into consumer lending, and supported Citicore Renewable Energy Corporation in its transaction with Pertamina New and Renewable Energy, enhancing CREC’s strategic positioning and portfolio optimization in the renewable energy sector. He brings cross-sector exposure spanning pharmaceuticals, energy, logistics, and financial services, alongside over two years of experience in financial due diligence, having previously served as Senior Associate at Deloitte Philippines and Associate at EY GDS. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from De La Salle University and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

Franco brings over three (3) years of experience in investment banking and strategy consulting, with exposure across the power and utilities, consumer retail, pharmaceutical distribution, consumer fintech, renewable energy, agribusiness, and infrastructure sectors.
